Ingredients
- 60 grams (about 1/2 cup) Cake Pop Protein Powder (I use the PE Science Cake Pop Protein Powder)
- 50 grams (a little more than a 1/3 cup) quick oats
- 20 grams (about 2 ½ Tablespoons) Pops cereal
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons sugar free syrup
- 40 grams (about a 1/3 cup) unsweetened applesauce
- 50 grams (a little more than a 1/3 cup) Funfetti chips (or use white chocolate chips)
- 10 grams (about 1 ½ Tablespoons) Pops cereal, crushed (for rolling balls in)
- 20 grams (about 2 ½ Tablespoons) Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix together protein powder, oats and cereal. Next, add honey, sugar free syrup and applesauce. Stir well to combine everything. Fold in Funfetti chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to form 9 balls. Roll balls into the crushed cereal and then roll in the sprinkles.Store covered in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can eat now or wait for them to chill. I personally love to eat them chilled.
Notes
- ** I use grams in the measurements with my kitchen scale, so I get the exact macros and recipe correct.
- 1 bite = 90 calories/ 2 fat grams/ 11 grams carbs/ 6 grams protein
