These candied beets are like eating candy for dinner! Beautiful beets covered in a honey butter brown sugar glaze, they're the perfect side dish for holiday meals such as Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter!

Ingredients
- 4-5 cooked beets I used golden beets, you can use any beets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a pan on medium-heat, melt unsalted butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add in the brown sugar and stir until the sugar has melted.
- Stir in honey and continue to stir as the mixture starts to bubble and reduce. It should start thickening up.
- Once thickened, add in the cooked beets and stir until the beets are coated in the sweet glaze.
- Continue to stir and let the glaze cook with the beets for another 2-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Prep time is including a generalized time for cooking the beets
