Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 small onions diced
- Splash of wine, then water as needed

- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- fresh parsley chopped, to taste
- soy sauce to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions once the butter has melted; stir often.
- Once the skillet is getting dry, add a bit of white wine, stir then let it sizzle out.

- Set aside to cool.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream together in a bowl.
- Add the cooled onions and fresh parsley then stir to combine.
- Season with a bit of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, to taste.

- Serve with thick ruffled chips. Enjoy.
