  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup Italian sausage cooked
  • ½ cup Bacon cooked
  • ½ cup ham diced
  • red onion bell pepper, mushrooms, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Preheat pizza stone if using.
  2. Roll out dough on floured surface or parchment paper to a 12-inch circle, 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Transfer dough to preheated stone or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce.
  6. Distribute pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham evenly. Add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
