Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Cheesy and Delicious Cauliflower Soup. One of our favorite soup recipes to enjoy all year long! Ingredients include cauliflower, potato flakes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon!

Ingredients
- 4 c water
- 1 head cauliflower washed and chunked (cut in smaller chunks if desired)
- 1/2 c potato flakes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of potato soup
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6-8 cooked bacon slices or 1 jar dried beef
- cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Put cauliflower chunks in 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low and mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and sprinkle cheese on top. ENJOY!
