Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 2-3 cups romaine lettuce

- croutons coarsely chopped
- diced tomatoes lightly salted
- 2 tortilla wraps burrito size, we like herb-flavored
Instructions

- Toss lettuce, dressing, cheese, and chicken in a large bowl until everything is coated with dressing.
- Place salad mixture in the middle of the wrap. Top with croutons and tomatoes.

Notes
- Omit croutons during preparation and add them just before serving to maintain crunch.
- Cover wrapped sandwiches completely with plastic wrap to keep fresh.
