Description
This Chicken Korma recipe starts with sautéing finely diced onion, ginger, and garlic paste in oil, developing a flavorful base. Spices such as turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, and sugar are cooked briefly to deepen their aromas. Chicken pieces are then added and cooked until lightly browned.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 1 onion Finely diced
- 500 g chicken
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder Haldi
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 100 ml yogurt
- 100 ml cream double
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat up the oil on medium heat until hot.
- Add the finely diced onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the ginger and garlic paste, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the salt, turmeric, garam masala, and coriander powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Add the coconut, and sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the yoghurt and double cream and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve with a peshwari naan and enjoy!
