Chicken Loaded Fries

Create a delicious meal with crisp French fries loaded with bite-size chicken pieces oozing with melted mozzarella cheese. Hot chips loaded with all your favourite things.

Ingredients

Servings

Marinade

  • 500 g chicken Boneless
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder Haldi
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp crushed chillies

Stir Fry

  • 1 onions
  • 1 bell pepper Red
  • 1 bell pepper Green
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • mozzarella cheese
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces
  2. In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients to the boneless chicken then mix the spices until well combined before leaving to marinate for 1 hour
  3. In a pan cook the marinated chicken for 10 minutes on medium heat
  4. As the chicken is cooking slice the onions and julienne the bell peppers then cook for a further 4-5 minutes
  5. Add the tomato ketchup and mix to combine
  6. Prepare your fries and once cooked add into broil proof dish
  7. Add the chicken mixture on top and top with mozzarella cheese
  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted then top with black pepper
  9. Serve your chicken loaded fries immediately and enjoy!
