Chocolate Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

Servings
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Banana slices
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an oven-safe bowl or big ramekin with nonstick spray.
  2. Add all of the ingredients except for the banana slices and chocolate chips to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into the greased dish. Top with sliced bananas and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the top is set.
  5. Finally, remove this chocolate baked oatmeal from the oven. Serve!
