Chocolate Baked Oatmeal
Indulge in the rich and delicious flavors of this Chocolate Baked Oatmeal! This wholesome breakfast treat combines the goodness of oats with a hint of cocoa, resulting in a satisfying and guilt-free morning delight. They are baked to perfection. It is the ultimate way to kickstart your day!
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Banana slices
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an oven-safe bowl or big ramekin with nonstick spray.
- Add all of the ingredients except for the banana slices and chocolate chips to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into the greased dish. Top with sliced bananas and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the top is set.
- Finally, remove this chocolate baked oatmeal from the oven. Serve!
