Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter melted
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ¾ cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt butter.
- Add cocoa powder and vanilla to butter. Whisk until smooth.
- Add brown sugar and eggs. Whisk or beat with an electric mixer.
- Add flour and salt and beat again until smooth.
- Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Reserve some to sprinkle on top.
- Transfer batter to your prepared pan.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top, pressing them into the batter gently.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
