Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Stir all ingredients except for the chocolate chips together in a large mixing bowl by hand. Do not over mix.
  4. Stir in 3/4 of the chocolate chips gently into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the 8X8 pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 25- 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
