The best way to impress your valentine is with homemade chocolate fondue! This silky-smooth dessert is so amazing and pairs perfectly with all of your favorite treats!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips (Guittard or Ghirardelli)
- 6 ounces milk chocolate chips (Guittard or Ghirardelli)
- 3/4-1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Before melting the chocolate, be sure to prepare your dipping ingredients so they are ready to dip as soon as the chocolate is ready.
- In a medium saucepan, add the chocolate and 3/4 cup heavy cream. Whisk on medium heat until melted and incorporated together. Be sure not to boil.
- Once the chocolate is melted, whisk in the vanilla and salt.
- Add additional cream if it seems too thick. You want the perfect dipping consistency!
- Transfer chocolate sauce to a fondue pot and serve with prepared dipping ingredients.
Notes
- High quality chocolate is best! Guittard or Ghirardelli are the ONLY options to use in my opinion!
- Fruit: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, kiwi, apples, grapes
- Desserts: brownies, angel food cake, pound cake, cheesecake, rice Krispy treats
- Cookies: nutter butter, oreos, chip ahoys, shortbread, pizzelle, stroopwaffles, vanilla wafers
- Marshmallows, pretzels, pirouettes, cinnamon bears, gummy bears...anything goes!
