Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake layers a chocolate cake base with a creamy peanut butter filling, finished with optional chocolate and peanut butter glazes. The combination yields a moist, rich cake with both chocolate and peanut butter flavors in each slice.

Description

The cake batter mixes a standard chocolate cake mix with chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, warm water, and optional peanut butter chips for added texture. Separately, a peanut butter filling blends creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt to a smooth consistency. The filling is spooned between layers of cake batter in a bundt pan before baking for about 50 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

After cooling, the cake can be glazed with chocolate or peanut butter glaze made by melting chocolate or peanut butter chips with heavy cream. This adds a glossy finish and extra flavor dimension to the cake's moist crumb and dense texture.

The method balances simple convenience of cake mixes with homemade filling and glaze to create a layered bundt cake suitable for celebrations or dessert gatherings.
