Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta whole milk, 230 grams
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 21 grams
  • 1 tablespoon honey plus more for drizzling, 15 milliliters
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granola 55 grams
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh, 80 grams
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes unsweetened, 7 grams

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the ricotta, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Adjust flavors to taste.
  2. Fill the bottom of two small glasses with 1/4 of the ricotta mixture each.
  3. Top each with a layer of the granola, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
  4. Cover with the remaining chocolate ricotta.
  5. Top with the remaining granola, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
  6. Drizzle with a little honey and serve immediately.
