Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta whole milk, 230 grams
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 21 grams
- 1 tablespoon honey plus more for drizzling, 15 milliliters
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granola 55 grams
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh, 80 grams
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes unsweetened, 7 grams
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ricotta, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Adjust flavors to taste.
- Fill the bottom of two small glasses with 1/4 of the ricotta mixture each.
- Top each with a layer of the granola, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
- Cover with the remaining chocolate ricotta.
- Top with the remaining granola, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
- Drizzle with a little honey and serve immediately.
