  • 4 cups pretzel sticks or enough crackers to totally cover the bottom of your baking sheet
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts, pecans or your favorite, chopped
  • sprinkles or sparkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Place rows of pretzels on baking sheet, covering it completely, and get out your ingredients. Set aside.
  4. In a medium saucepan, heat butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously and bring to a boil until it reaches 275ºF.
  5. Make sure all of your pretzels are lined up inside your baking sheet or crackers if using instead.
  6. Pour hot mixture over pretzels or crackers.
  7. Bake for 4 minutes. Turn off oven.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over top.
  9. Put pan back in warm oven for 1 minute to melt white chocolate chips.
  10. Using a spatula, smooth white chocolate chips out.
  11. Sprinkle nuts and sprinkles or sparkles over top.
  12. Cool and allow chocolate to harden. At least an hour in your fridge.
  13. Break into pieces.
  14. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • Graham crackers, soda crackers, Ritz crackers, pretzels and more can be used as long as they take up the entire bottom of your baking sheet. Use a combination of crackers and/or pretzels too.
