Ingredients
- 1 kg green grapes
- 130 g raspberries
- 150 g blueberries
- 60 g pomegranate jewels
- 10 g fresh mint
Instructions
- Firstly, arrange 1 kg Green grapes into a large ring.
- Add 130 g Raspberries.
- Next add 150 g Blueberries.
- Scatter over 60 g Pomegranate jewels.
- Finally, add 10 g Fresh mint to the the edge of the wreath.
Notes
- You need a large circular serving tray to build this fruit wreath. Depending on the size of the tray you have, you may need to adjust the amount of fruit used.
- If you don't have a circular serving board, then you could just line a baking tray with baking paper and then shape your wreath into a circle.
- Try to serve this within an hour or two of making it for the freshest dish and use the freshest fruit that you can.
