Ingredients
- 2 large broccoli crowns cut into small florets
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 large carrot peeled and cut into thin rounds
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 small head cauliflower cut into small florets
- 1 large cucumber sliced into rounds
- 1 small star fruit sliced (for the tree topper)
- Ranch dressing or your preferred dip

Instructions
- On a large rectangular platter, begin arranging the broccoli florets in a triangular Christmas tree shape. Start with a wide base and gradually narrow as you move upward.
- Scatter cherry tomatoes throughout the broccoli to resemble ornaments on the tree.
- Use the yellow bell pepper strips to create a garland effect, draping them diagonally across the broccoli tree.
- Place carrot rounds sporadically on the tree to add more color, resembling additional ornaments.
- Fill in any gaps with snap peas and cauliflower florets to give the tree a fuller appearance.
- Arrange cucumber slices around the base of the tree to create a tree skirt effect.
- Place a slice of star fruit at the top of the tree as the star topper.
- Serve with ranch dressing or your preferred dip in a small bowl next to the tree.
Notes
- If you can’t find star fruit, a yellow bell pepper or a slice of pineapple cut into a star shape also works well as a topper.
