Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup chicken broth

- Add all ingredients (except chicken) to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add chicken to the slow cooker and pour cilantro mix over it.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
