Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- ½ cup water
- 6 tablespoon THM Gentle Sweet (more or less to taste)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons orange zest OR 4 drops orange essential oil OR ¼ teaspoon orange extract
Instructions
- Add the cranberries, water, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a slow-rolling boil over medium-high heat. Stir often and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cranberries burst.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in the vanilla extract and orange zest/oil/extract.
- Put in an airtight container and refrigerate. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
