An American, beef (or turkey), classic one pot meal that is hearty, packed with flavor, and budget friendly!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey or beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups water
- 30 oz. tomato sauce
- 30 oz diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
Instructions
- In a dutch oven, cook the meat over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Drain fat.
- Add in the garlic and onions and cook until translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, and seasoned salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover with lid, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add in the uncooked macaroni and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and serve in bowls!
