This cookies and cream hot cocoa combines two of my favorite things: Oreos and hot cocoa. There has never been a better cold weather recipe than this one!

Ingredients
- 1 oz Cookies and cream syrup brand: DaVinci
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Mix cocoa, sugar, salt. syrup, and water in medium pan and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Stirring constantly.
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Add milk and evaporated milk and continue stirring.
- Do not let milk boil.
- Stir constantly.
- Add Whipped Cream, and crumbled Oreos.
