- 1/2 teaspoon fine ground salt 4 g
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 5 g
- 1 teaspoon baking soda 6 g

- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz dark chocolate bar chopped

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375℉ and line baking trays with silicone mats or parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and blended oats and mix. Set aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter and sugars and use a hand mixer to cream on high for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined.

Notes
- Storage
- Storage
- Cookie Dough: Cookie dough will last 2-3 days in the fridge and 2 months in the freezer.
- Baked Cookies: Baked cookies in an airtight container will last 3-5 days at room temperature or 3 months in the freezer.
- Substitutions
- Substitutions
- Flour: You can use a 1:1 gluten-free flour for all purpose flour.
- Oats: You can use oat flour in place of the whole oats, but we prefer the texture of blending the oats and you can blend them as much or as little as you'd like!
- Chocolate: The original recipe calls specifically for Hershey's Chocolate Bars, but we prefer a higher quality dark chocolate bar, but you can use whatever you prefer!
