Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 3 tablespoons. butter melted
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in the above order, stirring only enough to blend the mixture.
- Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan that has been lightly greased.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
