Every bite of this delicious sandwich is full of flavor and texture. The corned beef is topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a creamy Russian dressing. Serve it with a dill pickle and fries for the ultimate mid-day meal!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces corned beef sliced, cooked
- 4 lices rye bread
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing or Russian dressing
- 4 lices swiss cheese
- ½ cup coleslaw prepared
- dill pickles optional, sliced
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread 2 slices with dijon mustard.
- Layer with swiss cheese, corned beef, coleslaw and dill pickle slices.
- Spread thousand island dressing on the remaining 2 slices and top the sandwiches.
- Serve with a pickle and crispy french fries.
