  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Morton Season-All seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally. Gently pound with a meat pounder to ensure even thickness.
  2. Combine the seasoned salt and smoked paprika in a small dish. Sprinkle the seasoning blend on both sides of the chicken.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan. Working in batches to avoid overcrowding, place the chicken in the skillet. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Repeat with the remaining oil and chicken.
