Cranberry Cinnamon Scones - these tender melt in your mouth scones are super easy to make and delicious! Perfect for breakfast, brunch or with tea! Yummy

Ingredients
- 2 Cups vanilla ice cream melted
- 1 1/2 Cups flour all purpose
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup cranberries dried & sweetened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine first four ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until very well combined. Approximately 2 minutes. Dough will be very sticky.
- Fold in Cranberries and mix thoroughly
- Drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Makes approximately 8 scones.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for the last 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Enjoy!
