Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ⅔ cup (213g) caramel spread
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the cream cheese softens.
- Then add caramel spread, cinnamon and salt. Stir continuously until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of two of milk or water.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and serve with fresh apple slices, sliced, pretzels, or crackers.
