Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Cream Cheese Jalapeno Poppers are the perfect appetizer for holiday or Superbowl parties & a great way to use up leftover stuffing!

Ingredients
- 12 jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup prepared stuffing
- 1 lb sliced bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove the stem from each jalapeno, then slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Add cream cheese to each jalapeno.
- Add stuffing to each jalapeno on top of the cream cheese.
- Wrap each jalapeno in a slice of bacon. (For the smaller jalapenos, slice a strip of bacon in half and wrap only a half slice around it.)
- Place on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet and into the oven for 30-40 minutes.
