Cream filled coconut rolls

Cream filled coconut rolls are delicious sweet treats you can prepare to satisfy sweet cravings just using bread, cream, and coconut. These are so easy even kids can prepare them. Make these melt-in-the-mouth coconut rolls for a fail-proof and crowd-pleaser dessert.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 12 lices bread
  • cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar powdered
  • 2 drops Food colour red
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • desiccated coconut

Instructions

Prepare the cream to fill in the rolls

  1. Whip heavy cream using a beater or whisker after combining cream and powdered sugar in a chilled bowl.
  2. When peaks start appearing, add a few drops of colour and beat/ whisk until stiff peaks appear. Set aside

Prepare rolls

  1. Triff off the corners of bread slices.
  2. Flatten the slices with a rolling pin.
  3. Dampen these slices with cardamom-flavoured milk using a brush on both sides.
  4. Spread the cream on these slices and roll tightly but with a gentle pressure.
  5. Coat these rolled slices with dried coconut meat.
  6. And here you go with no-bake sweet cream rolls.

Notes

  • Use plain bread if you want to add flavour to these rolls.
