Creamy Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole

This casserole recipe takes all of the flavors of a great chicken cordon bleu and makes them into a crunchy, tender, and cheesy casserole for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients
- one ounce package wide egg noodles (cooked to al dente)
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups grated Swiss Cheese
- 1 .5-oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cracker Topping
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1 leeve Ritz crackers
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, heavy cream, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and mix until combined completely. Stir in the cooked noodles, ham, chicken and shredded cheese.
- Turn out into the prepared pan, smoothing out into an even layer,
- Combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Stir in the Parmesan cheese then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake until the top is browned and the casserole is bubbling, another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and cool for 10 minutes, then serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley.
