  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes hot
  • 1 clove garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley Italian, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the ingedients until a smooth creamy dressing has formed. Alternatively, use a food processor.
  2. Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dressing is too thick, simply thin with water, an ounce at a time. Enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe produces nearly 2 cups, about 16 servings of 2 tablespoons each.
  • Make by hand whisking, in a blender, or shaking vigorously in a sealed jar.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days; thin with water if dressing is too thick before serving.
