This easy white dipping sauce for calzones is creamy, garlicky and full of umami.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons buttermilk powder
- 1 to 2 medium-sized garlic cloves peeled and minced or pressed through a garlic press, amount depending on preference
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon marjoram dried
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce (I recommend Louisiana hot sauce)
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon rice vinegar unseasoned
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until well combined. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- *You can find buttermilk powder in many grocery stores. It's usually in the same aisle as powdered milk.
