Ingredients
- 1 packet beef gravy mix
- 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 ounce can french onion soup
- ½ cup water
- 2 pounds cube steak about 4 cube steaks
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the packet of gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, French Onion soup, and 1/2 cup water, then pour into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Place the cube steaks in the slow cooker with the gravy mixture.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook the cube steaks on low for 6-8 hours until fully cooked and tender. Turn the cube steaks in the gravy about halfway through the cook time.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 3 tablespoons cold water. Remove the cube steaks from the slow cooker and set aside, then stir the cornstarch mixture into the gravy in the slow cooker. Return the steaks to the slow cooker. Turn the heat setting to high and cook for 30 minutes, until the gravy is thickened.
