Ingredients
- 2 lbs. thinly sliced steak I used round
- 1 green peppers sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup beef stock
- 6 lices Provolone cheese
- 6 Hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Combine everything but the cheese and rolls in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese
- You can place the hoagie rolls under a broiler to get the cheese melted quickly.
Notes
- Serve with your family's favorite chips or even some sweet potato fries.
