Crockpot Pork Chop Dinner

This Crockpot Pork Chop Dinner is so easy to make. You even toss in carrots and potatoes for a complete meal - all cooked in one pot.

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 Russet potatoes (peeled and diced into bite size pieces)
- 8 ounces baby carrots
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Place the carrots and the potatoes in the bottom of a 6-8 quart crock pot.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Place the pork chops on top.
- add the Italian seasonings and the garlic salt.
- Pour the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours on the potatoes are tender.
- Spoon the sauce from the crock pot over the pork chops, potatoes and carrots when serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
