This Crockpot Pork Chop Dinner is so easy to make. You even toss in carrots and potatoes for a complete meal - all cooked in one pot.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 Russet potatoes (peeled and diced into bite size pieces)
  • 8 ounces baby carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the carrots and the potatoes in the bottom of a 6-8 quart crock pot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Place the pork chops on top.
  4. add the Italian seasonings and the garlic salt.
  5. Pour the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth on top.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours on the potatoes are tender.
  7. Spoon the sauce from the crock pot over the pork chops, potatoes and carrots when serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
