Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless, about 4-5 large
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup chicken stock homemade or store bought

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6.
- Once internal temperature reaches 165° F, remove chicken and shred using 2 forks or by placing in stand mixer with whisk attachment.
- Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days or in freezer for up to 4 months.
