Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz can) Rinsed and Drained
- 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz can) Rinsed and Drained
- 1/2 onion Chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 2 can crushed tomatoes (14 oz. cans)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low to 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve topped with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- I love topping this chili with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes and avocado.
