Who said veggie burgers are boring? These Cuban BBQ Veggie Burgers are smokey, sweet, and wildly flavorful! Plus they're super easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 box Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers
- 4 Brioche buns
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 4 leaves bibb lettuce
Guava Barbecue Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup guava paste
- 1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions
To make the guava barbecue sauce:
- Combine barbecue sauce and guava paste in a saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk until warm and there are no more lumps. Remove from heat and set aside.
To prepare your veggie burgers:
- Cook your Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers according to directions on the box. We used a flat plate to set a little sear on the outside (extra flavor!)
- Layer brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, warm veggie burger, and guava barbecue sauce.
