Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber grated and drained
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and use a clean cloth to squeeze out excess water. Mince the garlic and chop the dill.
