Dijonnaise is the delicious combination of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. By mixing these two iconic condiments, you’ll create a tasty new sauce that’s delicious on sandwiches, salads or in coleslaw.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- salt to taste
- white pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon honey optional
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and lemon juice to a small bowl.
- Whisk or stir until fully combined. Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper to your liking. Add optional honey if prefer.
- Keep refrigerated until use.
