Ingredients
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth. If serving right away, pour into glasses. If you want to get the classic Dole Whip swirl, place in a freezer safe container and freeze for about 40 minutes.
- When the mixture is firm enough to pipe, place in a piping bag with a 1M star tip. Pipe into glasses and serve.
Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter Dole Whip, add a few tablespoons of sugar to the mixture before blending.
- To make a Dole Whip Float, pour more pineapple juice over the frozen Dole Whip.
- Make this a dairy free dessert by using a dairy free ice cream.
