Easter Chocolate Bark made with 3 types of chocolate: white, milk and dark chocolate to create a marble effect, then topped with Cadbury mini chocolate eggs, Smarties mini eggs, Maltesers white and milk chocolate bunnies and Easter sprinkles, a scrumptious no-bake dessert that is rich and luxurious, and a massive crowd pleaser with kids and grown-ups too.

Ingredients
- 150 g white chocolate bar ( 5 oz)
- 150 g milk chocolate bar ( 5 oz)
- 150 g dark chocolate bar ( 5 oz)
- ½ cup Cadbury Mini Eggs
- ½ cup Smarties mini eggs
- 1 cup milk and white Maltesers chocolate bunnies
- ¼ cup Easter Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius ( 210 Fahrenheit).
- Line a large baking tray with non-stick paper, arrange the chocolate bars onto it, and pop the tray in the oven for 8 minutes so the chocolate can melt.
- Use a lollipop stick to mix the chocolates to create a marble effect and spread the chocolates into a thin layer.
- Top with the mini eggs, chocolate bunnies and sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the chocolate can set well.
- Peel the bark off the non-stick paper, and cut into slices.
- Keep it refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- All ovens are different, so I would recommend you keep an eye on it, a thinner bar of chocolate will melt a lot quicker, so it might not need the 8 minutes in the oven.
- You can also melt the chocolate in any other way that is convenient for you, you can go for bain marie, or a microwave, or even an electric chocolate melting pot.
- Once the chocolate is set, you can slice it, but if it's not consumed in one go, keep the leftover chocolate bark refrigerated, to avoid the chocolate melting, especially if it's kept in a warmer room.
- Using a non-stick paper to line the baking tray is crucial, the bark will be super easy to peel off once set, but it's virtually impossible to peel it off a baking tray.
