  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup arugula
  • grated parmesan (optional for topping)
  • lemon zest (optional for topping)
