Easy Bread Machine Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 450 grams whole wheat flour
  • 300 grams water luke warm
  • 6 grams salt
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 grams dry yeast or 6 grams fresh yeat

Instructions

  1. Add water, oil into the bread machine container.
  2. If using dry yeast, dissolve it in some water to activate it.
  3. Add the yeast, whole flour and water into the bread machine.
  4. Select the mixing cycle and allow dough to mix completely
  5. Remove the dough and transfer into a greased bowl and cover for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C)
  7. Transfer the dough on a floured working surface, flatten and strength using your hands or a rolling pin into a 12 inch round disc.
  8. Add the sauce, mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings
  9. Bake for about 15- 20 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
