Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 2 carrots peeled and finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery finely chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz can)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in the onions, carrots and celery. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the onions are translucent. Then add in the garlic and cook for 1 minutes until aromatic.
- Add in the ground chicken. Break if up into pieces Cook until the ground chicken is brown.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and hot sauce. Allow it to simmer on low for about 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Spoon the chicken mixture on the buns and top with the ranch dressing and the crumbled blue cheese.
Notes
- *You can use Buffalo Sauce instead of Hot Sauce if you prefer.
- *This recipe can also be made with ground turkey or ground pork
