½ cup heavy cream
⅛ cup poblano pepper seeded and diced
1 small jalapeno seeded and diced
¼ cup white onion diced
1 tablespoon cilantro
½ cup tomato diced
½ lime juiced
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add all of the ingredients except the lime juice and black pepper.
When the Velveeta begins to melt, reduce the heat to low. Stir well until smooth.
Stir in the lime juice and black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
