Easy Chicken Croquettes

Chicken Croquettes are filled with panko, chopped red and green bell peppers, cooked chicken, creamy mayonnaise, seasoned with garlic powder and mixed together into small rounds. These are SO easy to make!

Ingredients
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Add ½ cup panko bread crumbs and ¼ cup all-purpose flour to a bowl and mix. Add ¼ chopped green bell pepper, ¼ chopped red bell pepper, 1 cup chopped cooked chicken, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 large egg lightly beaten, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire and ¼ cup chopped cilantro. Mix until incorporated.
- Shape into 6-8 patties and heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
