  • 24 oz hot water , just off the boil
  • 8 oz (good quality) ground coffee
  • 2 cinnamon sticks , broken in half

Instructions

  1. Add the coffee grounds and broken cinnamon sticks to a coffee press. Pour in hot water *(ensure to saturate all the grounds and cinnamon pieces). Place the plunger on the press without pushing it down. Brew for about 4 minutes. Gently push down the plunger until it reaches the bottom of the press. Serve
