This delicious Cuban Sandwich Wrap made with turkey, is ready in 5 minutes or less and is the perfect quick weeknight dinner that is both exotic and tasty!

Ingredients
For Wrap:
- 4 flatbreads for wraps
- 8 oz smoked turkey breast slices
- 8 oz cooked turkey breast thinly sliced
- 4 Teaspoons yellow mustard
- 4-8 Slices Swiss cheese
- slices A few of pickles
- salt + pepper
For Mojo dipping sauce:
- 3 Tablespoon minced onion
- 3 Cloves garlic crushed
- 3 Tablespoons parsley minced
- 3 Tablespoons cilantro minced
- 3 Tablespoons parsley minced
- 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- For Mojo dipping sauce:
- Place everything in the blender and mix on high speed
- For Wrap
- Spread mustard on the surface of the Flatout wrap
- Add the smoked turkey slices
- Add the turkey breast
- Add the cheese
- Finally, add the pickles
- Place in the toaster oven until cheese and flatbread are toasted
- Roll it tightly into a wrap and toast for 1 minute longer
- Slice the wrap in 2 and serve with your favorite plantain chips
