Ingredients
- ¼ cup gluten free baking mix 1:1 variety
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch baking soda
- pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons Two Good™ Greek lowfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes*. Remove from microwave and allow to cool completely. Enjoy immediately.

- *Timing based on 1000 watt microwave. Since all microwaves are different, timing may need to be adjusted.
